Real acekard uses SST chip but never used EON chip. That fake acekard which used EON chip CAN NOT use official update firmware. Please beware of this fake acekard.

Some games need hold A button to launch after patched anti-piracy patch. Now you can setup enable or disable DMA in menu. Press Y button twice when selected game and set up DMA. Enable DMA equal normal press A button to launch. Disable DMA equal hold A button to launch.
This special version of Acekard menu is only made for some certain AK2 but not for AK2i.
Some AK2 will have black screen when run some certain games and it's caused by A chip which was used in a different batch. This special version had made compatibled with it.
Please make sure you've backuped all your contents in your Micro SD card and then format it with the default parameter of FAT32 before you useing this special version.
Please be attention that, 1) If your AK2 has NO any issues please do not use this version. 2)There're only a few AK2 has this issue and we already adjust our production as soon as we found the issue. AK2i has no same issue. Please feel confident to buy any of our Acekard productions.

This is the fake ak2i. They're using the "Actel" chip which we do not use for a very long time. We do not sale this type of ak2i anymore. The clone cart has to open a window at the back of shell to fit the chip. You can even feel them by touching the sticker. So if you buy one Ak2i like this now then it must be fake.
Here is the internal images of clone cart. By the way the PCB is also different from our older type of ak2i, which used "Actel".
Now here is the our real Acekard2i.
As you can see there's no window in the shell of real AK2i.
Now we're using new chip so that we do not have to open a window in the back of shell.
Here is a easy way to distinguish real one and clone one, using the latest official firmware or AKAIO. The clone one will be blocked.

As well known unofficial firmware of AK2i, AK2 and AKrpg, the latest AKAIO had been released. This release is the biggest to date which over 100 game fixes, Wii connectivity, Trainer Toolkit support and so on.
This is the first type of AK2 and AK2i. It has a window in the shell.
Please notice the banner of the chip which AK2 and AK2i used. It called "Actel".
This is the second type of AK2 and AK2i. There's no window in the shell anymore.

Conclusion: 1. The chip on the back of the PCB is "Actel" or little black glue circle. This is very important.
2. The chip on another side of PCB is a 48 pins chip of "SST". Some batches of AK2 used other banners of 48 pins chips. But they're all 48 pins.
3. Please refer to the 2 items above as the main symbol of real AK2 and AK2i because the package of retail had changed many times.
